Job Description
- Analyze costs to ensure competitive pricing and profitability.
- Handle customer inquiries and maintain strong relationships to foster customer satisfaction
- Review and analyze customer RFQs, and collaborate with internal teams to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
- Provide daily assistance to the Sales Manager
- Assist in writing, editing, and putting together proposals, agreements
- Prepare sales presentations by gathering information, organizing materials, and creating visuals using PowerPoint, Excel, and other tools.
- Conduct international and domestic market research and prepare comprehensive reports.
Qualifications
- Creative thinking and innovative problem-solving skills.
- Advance analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Fluency in both English and Korean (written and spoken).
- Basic knowledge of costing and financial analysis.
- Ability to track sales metrics, activities, and goals effectively.
- Strong customer support skills.
