Job Description
- Manufacturing Operations Management:
- Oversee all aspects of RTS operations, focusing on efficiency and quality.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance production processes and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- System Development & Maintenance:
- Utilize JAVA and C# programming languages to develop and maintain systems essential for operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate new technologies into existing systems.
- Leadership & Team Management:
- Manage a team of senior-level professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Foster a collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to improve individual and team performance.
- Local Operations in Shanghai:
- Operate effectively in the local market, understanding the cultural and business nuances of working in China.
- Build and maintain relationships with local partners and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in manufacturing operations, with a focus on the semiconductor industry.
- Proven track record in managing senior-level personnel and leading successful projects.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in JAVA and C# programming languages.
- Experience in system development, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with manufacturing management systems and tools.
- Leadership Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities with a proven history of managing teams and driving results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and collaboration.
- Localization:
- Ability to operate effectively in Shanghai, China, with a deep understanding of the local business environment.
- Willingness to relocate or commute to Shanghai for extended periods.
