About Our Client

Job Summary

  • 1. Regular domestic market research and analyze competitor collection and consumer
  • demands.
  • 2. Through overseas market research and suggest future trends and branding directions.
  • 3. Global trends should be identified through runway analysis every season and reflected
  • in product development.
  • 4. Theme and story suggestions every new season. Developing core graphic design in close
  • collaboration with graphic designers.
  • 5. Give training in analyzing sales figures, market demands, and keep team members
  • constantly updated on latest trend
  • 6. Set up direction and target for the responsible brand/categories and make sure the
  • whole team is in line with same direction and target.
  • 7. Build up concept, mood board, color and working plan.
  • 8. Improve the working process within category teams and with buying team.
  • 9. Be fully responsible for the success of responsible brands/categories.
  • 10. Analyze development needs based on budget and brand vision
  • 11. Manage design team to ensure a high level of design and sales
  • 12. Manage, train and ensure professional as well as personal growth for designers. As well
  • as ensure that the designers are strong in regards to trend, commercial thinking and
  • effective work processes by making sure that design guidelines/deadlines are met
  • 13. Analyze each product groups/price vs quality levels/ vs sales figures
  • 14. Constantly ensure the latest trimmings, fabrics, treatments, fittings and updating of
  • suppliers according to trends.
  • 15. Make sure that the buying team and product managers are kept updated on latest
  • trends and techniques
  • 16. Working closely with the Visual merchandising team to define presentation guidelines.
  • 17. Wall display and category focus area display guideline including color mix.
  • 18. Set up seasonal key look outfit guideline including season key category.
  • 19. Make suggestions for monthly key promotion direction based on market demands.
  • 20. Make seasonal campaign shooting and look book direction that’ll be able to express
  • the story and theme well while matching our target audience
  • 21. Working closely with the editorial team, always share season themes and stories and
  • actively communicate with the commercial shooting.
  • 22. Monthly store checking with teams.

Job Description

  • 1. Bachelor’s degree in fashion design, or other relevant experience
  • 2. Excellent English speaking and writing skills
  • 3. At least 6 years of experience within fashion design (menswear experience is
  • mandatory)
  • 4. Excellent in using Adobe Illustrator (a must), Photoshop and MS Office
  • 5. Very good commercial understanding
  • 6. Good communication skills, team player and good at expressing ideas
  • 7. Used to work with deadline, and can work under pressure, well-organized.
