The company is a US manufacturing division of Advanced Nano Products headquartered in Daejeon, South Korea. It is a fast-growing team located in numerous countries ? South Korea, United States, China, Poland, and Japan as a technology leader in many industries including batteries, solar panels, and more with its cutting-edge nanotechnology.

Job Summary

The Technical Marketing Specialist role is an early member of Operations as part of a rapidly growing team as it is setting up its first US manufacturing plant.

Job Description

  • Technical Sales and Marketing (50%): Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:
  • - Participate in presales activities such as presentations, tradeshows, technical customer meetings and answering questions.
  • - Coordinate regular face-to-face, conference call meeting with customers within United States as well as and not limited to Europe.
  • - Engage in technical discussions with major clients and offer consultation when necessary.
  • - Will be expected to coordinate, hold regular conference meetings with ANP Headquarters and R&D center.
  • Market Research (35%): Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:
  • - Will collaborate with Head of Technical Sales & Marketing in planning, organizing and overseeing technical marketing strategies.
  • - Market research on emerging technology, applications, customers and establish connection.
  • - Scientific background research and keeping up to date with relevant Battery Industry.
  • Customer Relations (15%): Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:
  • - Will periodically review and check business status of major customers
  • - Will utilize his or her own detailed scientific knowledge for the following: 1) Technical 2) Troubleshooting and Communications with Customers, and 3) Operations at ANP Enertech Inc.
  • General:
  • - Maintain strong communication skills to interface with external vendors in US & internal partners in our US Plant as well as Korean HQ.
  • - Undertake additional ad-hoc projects and assignments as required.
  • Supervisory Responsibilities
  • - This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • - External Candidates: Bachelor's degree in a science-based or business-based area of study and a minimum of 5 years QA experience.
  • - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • - Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
  • - Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs; ability to lead others through change.
  • - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • - Skill in organization and prioritization, and attention to detail.
  • - Additional responsibilities as assigned.
  • Reasoning Ability
  • - Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
