Job Summary
Production Director
Job Description
- 1. Production Planning and Scheduling Management: Organize the development and implementation of production strategic plans; balance annual production tasks, establish and issue monthly production plans to ensure balanced production.
- 2. Performance Indicator Management: Organize the implementation, supervision, and control of key production indicators including processes, quality, equipment, and output; promote the application and adoption of new technologies, processes, and equipment to enhance production efficiency.
- 3. Production Equipment Management: Lead and manage the plant maintenance department to ensure proper maintenance of facility infrastructure and equipment, guaranteeing smooth daily operations and optimal equipment condition.
- 4. Production Cost Control and Budget Management: Strictly supervise cost control within production workshops and improve the production department’s internal profit margin.
Qualifications
- 1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical engineering or related field.
- 2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production department management role or above, including at least 3 years of industry-specific experience.
- 3. Professional & Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of industry production processes and raw material supply channels; familiarity with production procedures and quality standards; solid understanding of operational and business management principles, with basic knowledge of finance and law.
- 4. Competencies: Excellent leadership, judgment and decision-making, planning and execution, communication, and negotiation skills.
- 5. Other Requirements: Ability to work under high pressure; strong team collaboration mindset.
