Job Summary
Job Description
- 1. Leading the creative design of all seasonal product lines (theme planning → series presentation), ensuring the integration of brand DNA and business strategy.
- 2. Produce forward-looking design proposals to accurately convey brand aesthetics.
- 3. Research global luxury trends and consumer insights, and optimise design direction with sales data.
- 4. Delivering design proposals to merchandising/marketing teams and defining standards for implementation.
- 5. Analyse product market performance and iterate design strategy to enhance competitiveness.
Qualifications
- 1. 5+ years of experience in luxury/high-end brands (e.g. BV, Burberry, etc.) / or other well-known brands in ready-to-wear design.
- 2. Fluent in English (can be used as working language)
- 3. Portfolio should contain high-end ready-to-wear cases with good market feedback
- Extra credit: Sports Aesthetic Insight
