- This role is responsible for driving business growth through creative marketing activities that do not rely on online/offline linkage, based on a deep understanding of U.S. target consumers. The position will lead practical and strategic marketing projects that connect content, brands, and product distribution in the U.S. market.
Job Description
- Plan and execute new business models using brand content (e.g., video, social media, campaigns)
- Plan and manage partnerships with influencers, content creators, and brands
- Develop and manage brand content KPIs and growth strategies
- Identify and execute content-based D2C/B2B business opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to deliver platform-based service success cases
Qualifications
- 3-7 years of experience in brand or content-related industries
- Experience supporting content planning and business execution, with strong ownership of assigned tasks
- Ability to contribute to viral marketing and consumer engagement across online and offline platforms
- Interest in Gen Z, Alpha generation, and U.S. market trends and digital culture
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners
- Proven experience contributing to content-driven projects with measurable outcomes
- Personal passion for specific brands, content, or consumer communities
- Hands-on experience operating personal or business accounts on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok
