Job Description
- Develop and execute sales strategies for domestic and global markets, with a strong emphasis on the China market.
- Set sales targets, manage performance metrics, and drive growth strategies for both B2B and B2C channels.
- Design distribution and sales strategies leveraging major Chinese online platforms (e.g., Tmall, Douyin).
- Build and maintain collaboration frameworks with distribution channels (wholesalers, distributors, agents).
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and manage risks.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Marketing, Product Planning, Export/Import) to align comprehensive sales strategies and execution plans.
Qualifications
- Deep understanding of the Chinese market and proven ability to analyze emerging trends.
- Experience operating on major Chinese online platforms (e.g., Tmall, Douyin).
- Business-level or higher proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (Chinese language skills are strongly preferred; prior work experience in China is advantageous).
- Demonstrated success in both B2B and B2C sales (Must have FMCG industry experience).
- Hands-on experience managing sales operations on platforms like Tmall and Douyin.
- Proven track record in channel management (wholesalers, distributors, agents) and partnership development.
