About Our Client

Job Summary

Job Description

• - Analyze economic, industry, and market trends, as well as key issues
• - Conduct market research and data analysis to derive insights
• - Monitor competitors and industry trends, and prepare reports
• - Identify market opportunities for operating brands/products and execute marketing strategy collaboration
• - Conduct data-driven research to support marketing and business strategy development
• - Analyze consumer behavior and customer data to derive insights and report findings to headquarters
• - Support CRM data analysis and customer experience optimization

Qualifications

• - Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
• - Experience in MI/CI roles within global FMCG companies
• - Experience in market research, customer data analysis, and consumer insight generation
• - Understanding of consumer behavior and brand strategy
• - Strong analytical and reporting skills (experience with Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python, R preferred)
• - Fluency in English or Korean for collaboration with HQ (Korea) and overseas subsidiaries
• - Experience in CRM data analysis and customer behavior research
• - Experience in digital marketing data analysis
• - Experience collaborating with diverse organizations
• - Additional foreign language proficiency preferred (e.g., English, Chinese, Korean)
