About Our Client

It is a clinical-stage biotech pursuing discovery and development of novel small-molecule drugs for patients with unmet medical needs. Our proprietary G-SMART™ platform enables discovery and optimization based on rare sequences in protein kinases that can be targeted to develop a highly selective compound.

Job Summary

Company is currently in the final stages of completing its IPO process for the KOSDAQ listing on the Korea Exchange. As part of this, we are planning to establish a liaison office in Korea at the request of the Korea Exchange and hire staff to handle disclosure and IR (Investor Relations) tasks with the Korea Exchange and the Financial Supervisory Service (FSS).

Job Description

• Responsibilities:
• a. Corporate Disclosure: Preparation and submission of disclosure materials related to KOSDAQ listing and maintenance
• 1. Manage disclosures to regulatory authorities such as the Exchange and Financial Supervisory Service
• 2. Review for disclosure requirements, including timely and voluntary disclosures
• 3. Draft and manage periodic and half-year reports, as well as other required disclosure documents
• 4. Review relevant regulations and handle practical disclosure work
• 5. Handle disclosure work related to affiliated groups
• b. Investor Relations (IR): Communicate with investors and stakeholders, and prepare presentation materials for investor meetings
• c. Financial Reporting Support: Conduct financial analysis and reporting, and explain financial performance to investors
• d. Collaboration with Key Management and Departments: Work closely with executives and relevant departments to develop and execute strategic IR and disclosure plans

Qualifications

• a. 5-10 years of experience in IR and disclosure
• b. Bachelor’s degree or higher (4-year university degree)
• c. Minimum of 3 years of experience at a listed company (Exchange and/or KOSDAQ)
• d. At least 3 years of experience in financial roles (accounting, tax, treasury, etc.)
• e. Experience with the electronic disclosure system (DART)
• f. Strong communication skills with legal and finance departments
• g. Proficient in foreign language communication (English, both verbal and written)
• h. Experience with general shareholders' meetings and board of directors preferred
• i. Experience in the biotechnology or life sciences industry preferred

• d. 주요 경영진 및 부서와 협력: 경영진 및 관련 부서와 협력하여 전략적 IR/공시 수립 및 실행
• 4. 자격요건:
• a. IR 및 공시 경력 5년이상 10년 이하
• b. 학력사항: 대학교(4년)졸업 이상 자
• c. 거래소 (and/or코스닥 상장회사) 3년이상 근무자
• d. 재무업무 (회계/세무/자금 등) 3년이상 근무자
• e. 전자공시시스템 (DART) 업무 경험 보유
• f. 법무, 재무 유관 부서와 원할 한 커뮤니케이션이 가능한 분
• g. 외국어(영어) 커뮤니케이션 (Verbal & Written)이 가능한 분
• h. 주주총회 및 이사회 경험 우대
• i. 생명공학/바이오 산업에 경험 우대
