• Now hiring a Sales professional, who has experience in Manufacturing industry for 3~7 years.
• Business trip to North America and Mexico to tap into new market as assigned

Job Description

• - Tap into new market in assigned region of US
• - Recommend product enhancement to improve the sales potential and customer satisfaction
• - Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of the company’s relationship with them
• - Determine the company’s gross-profit and annual unit plans by analyzing trends and results and implementing marketing strategies
• - Maintain technical and professional knowledge by reviewing professional publications, participating in professional societies and establishing personal networks
• - Plan for the achievement of individual and divisional targets in alignment with the strategies and policies of the company
• - Establish sales objectives by projecting expected sales volume and forecasting and developing sales quotas
• - Provide critical forecasting, analysis by communicating with the overseas subsidiaries and HQ personal to ensure accurate supply and timely support
• - Maintain demand planning indicators and performance metrics
• - Collate and consolidate reports on monthly sales performance per product

Qualifications

• - Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Sales or related field)
• - 3~7 years of proven experience of sales management in related market
• - Detail-oriented.
• - Excellent communication skills and drawing up documentation
• - Must be fluent in Korean and English
• - Ability to work under stress and resolve conflict.
• - Ability to have business travel in the states & Mexico
