Job Summary

The Compensation and Benefits Manager will work directly with our VP of HR, North America to identify, research, and recommend HR solutions related to compensation, benefit, and performance management programs for the company.

Job Description

  • - Identify issues and review improvement plans through communication with HR leaders in the Americas
  • - Quarterly regular meetings with HR leaders in the Americas (On/Off-line)
  • - Analysis/review of US labor laws and major HR trends
  • - Improvement of evaluation/compensation system for American corporations

Qualifications

  • - Bachelor’s degree or higher, related majors, related experience of 7 years or more
  • - HR consulting experience for manufacturing-based companies (Preferred)
  • - Improvement of performance evaluation/reward based system experience
  • - Work or travel in Atlanta/Alabama (preferred) : Negotiable work area / telecommuting, etc.
  • - Multi-lingual: Competent in both English and Korean languages
