Job Description
- Branch Leadership/Sales
- ? Monitor daily sales activity for the branch and motivate/remind staff of daily deliverables.
- ? Acquisition of new business opportunities for both deposit and credit products.
- ? Ensure employees receive appropriate training to perform his/her duties effectively.
- ? Recruiting and hiring new employees.
- ? Market bank within the community to promote brand.
- Controls & Compliance
- ? Ensure all processes are followed as per branch operations and KYC/AML policy.
- ? Execute all trade business are managed and supervised by following procedures to ensure adherence to the bank’s risk and compliance policies.
- ? Diligently follow up with the Assistant Branch Manager that all regulatory reports are submitted on timely basis to avoid non-compliance at all levels.
- Customer Experience
- ? Provide guidance and recommendations to support the resolution of all customer cases to improve overall customer experience.
- Cost Management & Business growth
- ? Facilitate growth in business and strengthen bank by ensuring customer satisfaction, actively participate for retention of deposits, identify, and follow up on cross sell leads.
- Audits
- ? Ensure all processes are performed as per bank policies to achieve best satisfactory audit ratings in internal, external audits.
- Branch Security
- ? Hold the custody of cash vault, security stationery and ATM, by conducting security drills and alert staff, to remain vigilant and maintain security.
