Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced sales program analyst to help drive the next phase of our growth. This position at our North American headquarters located just outside of Raleigh, NC will report to the Market Intelligence Manager. They will be a key member of the marketing organization supporting the development of retail and wholesale programming along with other data analysis and reporting needs

Job Description

  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB
  • - Maintain comprehensive view of the competitive landscape for wholesale and retail sales programs
  • - Work cross functionally with field sales, inside sales, marketing, accounting and finance to gain consensus and drive new program ideas
  • - Perform detailed financial analysis to provide insights on proposed program costs and tradeoffs
  • - Develop and maintain annual programming calendar for retail and wholesale programming
  • - Lead the development of regular and ad hoc retail sales programs to drive KIOTI dealer success and meet market share objectives
  • - Lead the development of regular and ad hoc wholesale programs to ensure adequate channel inventory levels to meet retail demand
  • - Perform regular reporting and manage relationships with key industry associations
  • - Assist sales and marketing management to develop and administer special sales team incentives and reward programs
  • - Regularly provide insights and reporting to senior leadership including sales, marketing, and executive teams
  • - Serve as a leader for various data accessibility and visualization projects, enabling better decision making through easier access to critical data sets
  • - Facilitate the communication and training of new sales programs throughout the KIOTI sales organization and dealer network in North America
  • - Maintain financial models critical to understanding and projecting company profitability and scenario planning
  • - Support sales and marketing leadership with other data-driven insights as needed

Qualifications

  • EDUCATIONAL AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • - High degree of comfort with data analysis and reporting (3+ years experience)
  • - Undergraduate degree in engineering, business, statistics, economics or related field
  • - MBA preferred, but not required
  • - Ability to translate data and provide actionable insights
  • - Strong capability with Microsoft Excel required, experience with BI tools a plus
  • - Moderate capability with MS PowerPoint and Word necessary
  • - Familiarity with CRM tools preferred, but not required
