A fast-growing Cosmetics Distributor

Job Summary

The company are looking for a candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience in Logistics to join their parts management team as a full time specialist.

Job Description

• - Facilitate domestic order deliveries from company warehouse to final destination
• - Request quote and analyze and negotiate rates from forwarders and trucking companies
• * Manage and organize communications and relationships with forwarders and trucking companies
• * Maintain records for accurate billing purposes
• - Mange and track shipment schedules and work to ensure timely delivery
• * Coordinate with drayage companies and receivers
• * Manage interdepartmental communication regarding import deliveries
• - Provide support with other administrative and office assistance as needed

Qualifications

• - Must be a team player who works and communicates well across various departments and functions
• * Proactive and strong communicator with great attention to detail
• - Creative and resourceful with a positive can-do attitude
• - Self-motivated, highly organized and has strong follow-up skills
• - Responsible, tenacious and dedicated individual with a strong work ethic and sense of commitment
• * Looking for an individual with a positive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit who can be flexible and an active team player
• - Strong analytical and research skills preferred
• - Experience in sales and/or shipping/trucking logistics preferred
• - English required. Korean speaking is a plus
• - Proficiency in MS Office applications and web-based research skills required
