Our Client is a Tier 1 supplier to OEM manufacturers. The company is a specialized company that has supplied automotive parts manufactured with aluminum gravity casting techniques. The automotive parts produced by the company based on endless efforts for quality innovation are being used in renowned automobile companies at both home and abroad such as Hyundai Motors, Kia Motors, Ssangyong Motors, GM, Tesla, Volkswagen, BMW and others.
Job Summary
Job Description
- - Maintain records of claims and quality issues
- - Ensure accuracy of claim details and payment adjustments
- - Assist in creating internal and external reports
- - Assist with countermeasure support
- - Assist with providing client support during new model development and launches
Qualifications
- - Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering degree preferred
- - Excellent oral and written communication skills
- - Must be bilingual English/Korean
