Job Summary
Our Client is now hiring Inside Logistics specialist, someone who can manage Logistics & Inventory control related works.
Job Description
- - Enter customer orders and monitor shipments as they approach non-compliance based on customer control, event control, and transactional data count or control.
- - Provide critical forecasting, analysis to ensure accurate supply and timely support.
- - Maintaining demand planning indicators and performance metrics
- - Correspond daily with customers and sales force via fax, phone and e-mail.
- - Respond and assist with complex customer inquiries including research and assistance with escalation on priority issues.
Qualifications
- - College courses in business or international studies required with a degree preferred.
- - Able to work in fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment.
- - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- - Highly proficient level computer skills including Ms Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
- - Highly energetic and self-starter.
- - Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills.
- - Able to multi-task the activities with shifting priorities.
- - Should be honest, assertive and systematic.
